How to Place Service Calls
  1. Please have your equipment ID number, which is located on the Global Office sticker on your machine, above the telephone number.
  2. Send an email to service@globalofficeinc.com. Please include your name, company name, equipment ID and problem.
  3. Call 877-287-5033 to place service calls. Please have the error code or problem description and equipment ID number ready.

How to Place Supply Orders
  1. Your machine can alert us when supplies are low, and our system can automatically send required toner. If your equipment is not part of our auto replenishment program, contact your sales representative for more information.
  2. Please have your equipment ID number, which is located on the Global Office sticker on your machine, above the telephone number.
  3. Send email to supplies@globalofficeinc.com. Please include your name, company name, equipment ID and what you would like to order.
    Call 877-287-5033 to place supply orders. Please have the equipment ID number ready.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Supply Order?
Supply orders are processed the same business day. Allow 3-5 business days for items to be delivered.
How Do I Submit Meter Readings?
1. We offer FREE software which can collect the meter readings automatically from your network connected equipment. If you would like more information on this service please contact your sales representative, e-mail meters@globalofficeinc.com or call 877-287-5033.
2. Send email to meters@globalofficeinc.com. Please include the meter reading along with your equipment ID number and your contact information.
3. Call 877-287-5033 and ask to speak to our meters department. Please have the meter reading and equipment ID number ready.

The Global Office Customer Portal: Speed counts when you need equipment service for your copiers. The Global Office Customer Portal allows you to place service requests quickly and easily. You can also view your service tickets and service history. In addition to managing service for your copier/printer fleet, you can order supplies, review meters, and pay invoices. The portal also allows you to access your overall account history, keeping you informed and saving you time.
